The New Year brings exciting news for Line of Sight. Margaret Weinstein, the firm’s new majority owner and Chief Executive Officer joined the team officially on January 1. The change in the consulting firm’s leadership and ownership will benefit the company’s future growth as a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) designation.
As CEO, Margaret is responsible for the operational and financial health of Line of Sight and will lead the strategic growth and outreach of the company by refining organizational processes, establishing new partnerships, and improving outreach and marketing efforts. Margaret was instrumental in the firm’s founding in 2005 and has actively supported the company and co-owner, Jonathan Weinstein. She joins the firm after a career in progressive positions within the pathology laboratory field where her experience includes process redesign and improvement efforts. Margaret served the Financial and Executive Vice President roles at Temple Isaiah in Fulton, Maryland for eight years. During her tenure she played a leadership role in acquiring land, and designing and building a multi-million dollar religious school and facility. Her experience in financial matters of this scale and her knowledge of organizations undergoing significant change will serve her well as Line of Sight’s CEO.
Margaret shared her excitement about this new work environment and opportunity, “This next phase in Line of Sight’s corporate life provides an amazing opportunity for the company and our staff. I am thrilled to be working with such a great team of consulting professionals.” Line of Sight will celebrate this important addition to the company at their annual open house on Thursday, January 30 from 5:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M.
